u still managed to talk to cs..me call many times wait, waiting line long times ,call different hotline still still cannot talk to cs ...always say all cs are bz.....

bty...do u pay advanced payment ?how u get back the balance that over payed ?

Go to Aduan MCMC website and lodge a report detailing how Digi rejected your port out. They will get Digi to call you

will ask the shop that do port out for 3Rd time request port out ...if still faill will lodge complaint to mcmc since i pay advanced 1month bill ..the amount show -4x.xx

if lodge should i select celcom or digi
my postpaid is celcom ..need port in to digi prepaid

I have deposit RM1,500.00 there, I will check with maxis after I transfer the maxis fibre out.

You should lodge the report with MCMC first. Select Digi as the port out rejection clearly not from Celcom. If possible, try give Digi a call and tell them off you are lodging a MCMC report for the port out problem, so they will try their best to expedite.

I have received the SMS to ask me to pay the unbilled after I reply to the Confirmation Port Out SMS.

I still have Fibre Internet on the account, will see how later

i got this sms after reply port out yes

Yr switch to Digi was rejected due to account overdue. Pls settle yr bill with yr current telco & contact Digi at 0162211800 to resubmit. TQ

so the account overdue is from digi or celcom ?
i dont have postpaid digi account ..
currently on celcom postpaid

I have no idea how Celcom refund works. You may have to call them and ask.

managed to talk to celcom ..after long wait ..
finally know why say account overdue ..caused of previous another celcom line port out to digi since year 2021 but got outstanding amount not clear ..cleared the payment ...tml request to port out again ...hopefully not say bill overdue ..

Currently on Celcom Mega 98 + supplementary line.
Remaining contract 1 year + few days. Penalty RM700+. (<Any trick to get discount?)


Should I settle with Celcom first before proceed?
Or just do port out directly? Then message/call will come and ask me to pay.

Telco will not give discount if you are still under contract. They rather you pay penalty 700+ or finish the contract. Without settling the contract, Celcom will reject your port out.
If you still want to port out, go Celcom and settle all the contract sum.

Anybody knows if to reply the port out SMS requires credit in my prepaid? Currently planning to port out once all the credit in my prepaid depleted.

Just ported out umobile prepaid to onexox postpaid supplementary. Takes 2 days because confusing confirmation sms. Just need to listen to onexox agent on what to do to port out successfully.
