hi guys... i'm currently a digi postpaid user, under plan... contract ending in january...

i'm keen to port over to maxis.. however, may i know what is the procedure like? i remember years back, i will need to switch to prepaid, then only i can proceed to port... i heard from friends ported months back, saying that no longer need to switch to prepaid...

i just need to go to maxis, and they will check how much i owe digi, and from there, they will do all the MNP liaising for me.. correct me if i am wrong smile.gif

does anyone know after replying the confirmation SMS to port out, how long does it take for the porting process to complete? im already porting for the second time in a week, Maxis rejected my first port-out despite having reply the sms =/ trying for the second round now, but not sure how long to wait before "declaring" it failed
