Thanks for the info. Been with Maxis Hotlink for 2 decades. Have to constantly watch data usage or credit suck like greedy vampire. MNP was super fast within a day,walk in Menara Atlan KL 10am yesterday; by 10pm I'm on Celcom XPAX . Unlimited data as promised and support P2P connection 😉

Digi is trying to retent me by denying my port out to celcom. The reason given, I am not replying to sms confirmation which I replied earlier on. Got a call from the CS asking me why want to port out after many years with them, I told them nicely about their network performance and she offered me to reset the connection from their side and I denied that as I still wanted to switch out. Lastly, this morning received sms saying that my request rejected kononnya not replying the confirmation.

Try again with threatening report SKMM 😝

that will be the last resort, actually this morning I called digi and still have my patience to speak nicely to the lady officer. Weird thing was, she admitted that, digi received my request confirmation but when I asked why rejection due to I am never reply the sms, she unable to comment further as the process been done by the system automatically dia kata.

Wanna port out from umi28 to Digi prepaid.. need to go Digi or use online also can?

Digi is like that one, first time always reject port out. Got people will call to retain, I said I want to port out. Then later night reject says I didn't reply SMS, I did reply the SMS within the timing

Then need to call back again, then Digi will said their system issue, they will set to allow, then second time okay to port out, but second SMS need to reply within 1 hour validity ...

Called em...twice...after the 1st call they mention the problem then they corrected all the problem (double spacing) they ask me to go to celcom to port in again. after go to celcom to port in, they still reject my mnp with same excuses. so then i just launch a report to mcmc regarding them.

my neighbor port out his youngest son Umobile to postpiad onexox
then the following 2 days port out his wife digi to postpaid onexox
So umobile no problem......digi 2 times port out got problem
i ask my neighbor to threaten them so i report to SKMM.
morning i resubmit he call later afternoon in to onexox already

I wish to mnp from hotlink to tunetalk.. may I know how much should I keep in my hotlink credit to be able to reply the sms to port out?

1. I need to go to Maxis center?
2. Digi will return my previous deposit?
3. in the middle of transferring, I will not be able to use my phone for calling? usually it takes how long?

Hi I have a question and hope someone can answer from experience.

Last week on Jul 30, I ported out from Hotlink Flex Postpaid to Celcom XPAX Lite because Maxis had coverage issues in the place I live. After porting I realise Celcom is even worse with every other call being a missed call.

Long story short, I want to port back to Hotlink Flex Postpaid so the question is, is there a cooling off period for Celcom to leave within a few days after porting in?

I have two principal line on u mobile postpaid. Is it possible to port to celcom postpaid and put the 2nd number as my supplementary line?
