Digi is trying to retent me by denying my port out to celcom. The reason given, I am not replying to sms confirmation which I replied earlier on. Got a call from the CS asking me why want to port out after many years with them, I told them nicely about their network performance and she offered me to reset the connection from their side and I denied that as I still wanted to switch out. Lastly, this morning received sms saying that my request rejected kononnya not replying the confirmation.

that will be the last resort, actually this morning I called digi and still have my patience to speak nicely to the lady officer. Weird thing was, she admitted that, digi received my request confirmation but when I asked why rejection due to I am never reply the sms, she unable to comment further as the process been done by the system automatically dia kata.

reporting to mcmc do works, as usual we have to wait for them to process but I can't afford to wait. Called direct to digi cust service and told them about how bad or poor their network are and I don't want to waste time and money staying with them anymore despite dozens of official reports made. 40 mins later my digi sim no service.
