I got a mssage as below while waiting umobile to process port out from umobile to digi.

"Your mnp request to digi was rejected some or all numbers are not in service"

I just request to port into u mobile postpaid from hotlink. is it i have to stay active until the port out day and maintain credit balance at least RM1.00?

maxis is amazing. submitted port out request from hotlink on last wednesday, nov 2. waited and waited until credit validity expired and still no confirmation sms from hotlink. out of the country this week and when i turned my phone today, i received delayed sms confirmation dated tuesday, nov 8, too late for me to reply now.

Yesterday, request port out from Celcom prepaid to umobile postpaid. Today, porting request already accepted. So fast.

no need balance. just stay active. but staying active can be a big challenge when hotlink takes their own sweet time to process your request.

My Corporate line MNP submitted fro maxis to Celcom yesterday before noon, now still no news. I think maxis is trying to use the delay tactic.

The MNP was submitted on Wednesday and I have written to Maxis Listen via Twitter to inform them about the MNP submission. They acknowledge the receipt of the request. Initially they replied informing me the MNP is in progress but I never receive the sms confirming the MNP. After that they stop entertaining me.

I reported to SKMM, on Friday follow by a call to maxis to inform them I can't see any reason they will delay the MNP.

The line was successfully MNP at 2 pm the same day without the sms confirmation.
