QUOTE(loselegend @ Oct 9 2016, 05:40 PM) If I pay up the outstanding balance, do I still need to go U Mobile to request for port again? Or they will automatically port out once the payment in? Need to go to U Mobile again for a new request.

hi all,
When i register for MNP, the agent will check my IC through a system to see if i still have any pending payment from my previous telco.
May i know if we are able to check the same thing ourself through internet?

QUOTE(kroul2 @ Oct 16 2016, 04:25 PM) Big 4 Telcos (C, D, M, U) has 1 month cooldown Yup. I just walked in to U Mobile store to ask. Was told one month too. Question is, do I need to keep the line active when doing MNP? I have used the U prepaid for 7 days and I don't think I want to top up to keep the line active due to the poor 4G coverage at the areas I frequent.
