Hello everyone, I have some questions regarding MNP here. Yesterday I submitted MNP requests to U Mobile for 2 numbers at the same time (around 3 pm), 1 is from Hotlink prepaid to P98, and another number is from DiGi prepaid to U28. The Digi number already receive messages from both U Mobile (received your request etc. etc., received in about 1 hour upon submission) and Digi (message on confirmation to leave), but the Hotlink number hasn't receive any message, even the one from U Mobile. Is this normal? Thank you so much everyone smile.gif

Porting out from Maxis, they immediately call me for the MaxisOne package, RM78(first 4 months) for the RM98 plan.

You should be ported out by now.
Unless Maxis is still queuing their staff to call you the "special promo rate" for porting out.

Hello there,

I request to port out from DiGi to U Mobile.
But, I receive SMS that port request has been rejected due to non fulfillment of contract obligation.

I try call DiGi CS but unreachable.
I suspect there is outstanding balance on my DiGi number.

If I pay up the outstanding balance, do I still need to go U Mobile to request for port again?
Or they will automatically port out once the payment in?

For extra information on my DiGi account:
- I was originally on contract until end of this month.
- However, DiGi CS has convert my account to normal postpaid account which can be cancel anytime based on the CS.
