Did anyone has any issue to download/view the e-statement? I tried safari/chrome/firefox/IE in both mac/windows, none of it showing the e-statement. And today already 3 days after the statement I have yet to receive the e-statement through email too.

No way to see the statement now the only thing i can check is from the Credit card summary and make payment through M2U. Charged RM 1.06 per transfer (and the charges is charge to the AEON credit card, not to the origin transfer account, weird)

May I know how usually you all make the payment to the credit card?

refer to 1st page on IBG issue. you should have IBG to citibank. usually takes 2-4 days for it to be reflected

I'm using bill payment method this morning, just now checked it's already credit into the account. but forgot about the RM 1.06 charges, now gonna transfer again -.-.

To apply for watami , if no pay slip nor epf.. Got other way?
Like bank statement? Lol

Or my Maybank sole prop corporate current acc statement ?

i applied BT for twice but not getting approved.

1. the BT amount is less than 80% of my credit limit
2. i dont have existing BT in Aeon.
3. submitted full docs.

the most ridiculous thing is, they dont specific the declined reason where I cant know what's wrong.

I read many of forumers' exp, all getting approved in one or two days, why is it so hard for me to get the BT.

anyway, I just clear the payment without 3rd attempts as already reach the last payment date.

i feel that Aeon credit card service call centre (03-2719 9999) really sucks. Gives wrong info:

1. i asked them when statement out, this Malay girl cincai gimme info say 10th... wait till now also not out.. checked with bro in law he say 1 mth after card activation which is suppose to be 15th.

2. i asked them how to view unbilled amount.. she (another girl) say first time use is like that system weakness.. need to pay bill once first only can see unbilled amount (that also after she asked her supervisor!!). Found out later it's my fault need to click on those words on the right side, highlight and click on it only can see my unbilled amount mad.gif so whatever she said earlier were all bullshit nonsense.

And last Saturday i called no one picked up, phone keep ringing.. ? what if my card hilang/fraud one day and these baggers not doing their job? die la like that.

anyone got same experience? should i cancel my card? really getting frus d... don't feel the rewards are worth it, no matter how good they are, with this sort of unacceptable service. vmad.gif This is a credit card... if Astro helpdesk like that still ok coz can wait for a few days to resolve no issue.. but card is totally different!

Never encounter such service before... Aeon card (Watami & Aeon New Card) for me is good to be use by the way.

Statement date for all Aeon cards is the same, which every 10th of month, softcopy of statement will be available within 4-6 days after statement date and a SMS will be send from Aeon

Are you new to Aeon Credit Card? Unbilled transaction can be view from your internal banking, it will be posted 1-2 days after transaction

so far aeon cs is good in supporting.
just their cs sometime not so clear with own product.. it's better to refer this thread than refer to them
anyway, i'm happy with their service and card.. rclxms.gif

Did anyone received their 5% rebate for the "Spend & Get 5% Rebate on AEON Stores, AEON BiG, Grocery, Petrol and Dining (26 August 2015 - 31 August 2015)" campaign?

If yes, is the amount correct and which is the last transaction that entitles to the rebate since there was a pool. I didn't receive any amount though I had transaction on 27th and 28th Aug that supposed to entitles to rebates.

Been trying their current no on the form but my fax the number is not available.

Wonder if it's problem on my side. Unable to reach their hotline, no pickup
