Don't worry, they will. I got their 2 missed calls on Tuesday & Wednesday.
Today I manged to pick up their call and converted to AEON BIG Gold (new applicant).

Just to clarify for this last month, have to spend min 3k or any amount to qualify for the 3% rebate? as it's only 1 month left out of the normal 3 month cycle.

Any idea which card to convert to ah?

Bank won't make loss especially for cb cards. they're happier you can terminate it especially you clear outstanding balance every month and don't let em earn single cent

did you choose Visa or Mastercard ? and did the CS said that the first year annual fee free ? and 2nd year onwards need 12x swipe ?

they perform same purpose.

aeon cc always 1st year free. subsequent year 12x.
even u cant make it, 99% call CS it will get waive..

dont worry..

best aeon cc after watami:

1. aeon big cc. spend in aeon big most benefit
2. new aeon cc. spend in aeon mall most benefit.
3. old aeon cc. normal card.


if u still have many point yet to redeem,
if u frequently spend in aeon big or aeon mall

Thanks! Need to do some planning then, maybe it's time to get that camera that I wanted for a long time, 3% service charge if use credit card so equals to the usual price. Maybe should do what some did, pay with watami, then use PB VS to pay thru posonline, then BT back to another aeon card.

when i purchased my laptop the shop said 2% surcharge if i pay via cc, i told them if thats the case im not buying from them, then they say can waive the surcharge off..

SSPN and pay PTPTN is different oo, second one AFAIK cannot.


In the short term banks are happy to make a lost. This Watami at 3% already been losing (to certain customers), not even counting in the further bonus cashbacks at various times, and giveaways of vouchers etc.

Worse still for HLB WISE (well, game ending soon for that one). Short term loss to increase market share is SOP for businesses. But not forever.


Anyone tried that already? I did suggest it but haven't had reason to do it yet (plus only have CIMB CR not VOX) or PB VS, cashback from that fairly full di).

Paying PTPTN using credit card is legit and you have to pay it over the counter. But I didn't ask for SSPN, did you successfully pay SSPN using credit card? Is it online or over the counter?

Again, I have mentioned that I did that in my post above.
