We can collect points to offset outstanding balance using new aeon Cc ? Isit only for purchases in aeon mall? What is the exchange rate?

Anyone successfully raised a complaint case and received compensation before? I'm sure the cs rep asked me to swipe once to get rm50 cash back but I just checked and they said I need to swipe three times, Now the spending period is over.

if aeon card spending can be paid by e.g. uob VOX (online spending 5% cash back),
has anyone calculated how much spending is worth to use aeon card, because pos online has surcharges. |

assuming that using 5% rebate card to repay aeon using posonline is possible. is the following calculation correct?
I assume there are two surcharges: 2% posonline convenience fee and RM1.5 aeon surcharge.  |
