I already had 4 miss called from Aeon CS in 3 different day. All not able to answer. Hopefully, they never give up and keep trying.

My cash rebate also already appear in the new statement. And let the balance of 808 donate back to aeon.
Not plan to change to other aeon card

Still have not receive any call from Aeon yet. Received RM150 cash back for the last ever 3% rebate.

today aeon cs called.

agree to convert to old aeon card.
all points, CB and balance will transfer once activate new card.

CS suggest only activate 1May. in order have more time to archive min 3k spend.
the very last CB.

If we activate on the 1st May, our April statement need to pay into our new cc? Or should pay our April statement prior activating our new card?

Ah didn't thought of that. No plans for any big spending for now.

I'm thinking maybe they would transfer our Watami card number to our chosen new card, and follow through with the billing, rebate, points redemption from there on.

so instead of rushing, let aeon transfer to new card sin..

then slow slow meet the redemption point.

card number will be new! all points, balance, rebate, get transfered.

once cut over, most probably those balance will follow new card statement day.

in your post, you were talking about cashback and not points. you were implying that need to convert to get the fina cashback, which might confuse others
