well the food tastes good at the food courts too. so you not missing out on anything. except maybe the ambiance of exhaust fumes and cars honking. hahaha.

yeah i guess so. whichever is easier for you. although be wary of the traffic. make sure when you go back from the JJ market to take a taxi that is driving through. dont get the ones that are lined up along the road. many of them dont use meter.... unless its an official taxi line that is.

pad thai is like stimix said. thai kueh teow. you will see it everywhere. give it a try. malaysia has no pad thai that can compare to teh ones over there.

like stimix said just enter the taxi outside the hotel. make sure you get someone who can speak some english too i guess.

also, i dunno if you been to thailand before, but in most taxi cabs they have the little advertisements for tours and stuff, so they do that too. you can probably ask those guys for daily rate.

ahhh...all lousy timing for the free tickets. Worst still they charge RM5 per person/per way for using credit/debit card for payment - convenience fee. Daylight robbery. No sense fees I guess. Is the bank who provide us the credit & not AA.

cant get 2 ways free tickets, not worth to go if need to pay ticket fare coz have been there b4, this time just plan to go jalan-jalan if got free ticket. actually we need to pay airport tax total RM100+RM10(convenience fee)=RM110 per person for return ticket if can get free.

I found one is late fri night depart, return on monday, I choose weekend coz want to go chatchucak, heard only open on sat & sun. so no different if go sat early morning if go on fri night coz one room for friday night oso not cheap, almost same price like air ticket fare on sat morning. hmm.gif

can report to consumer society or not since we(consumer) bear the "charges" of CC which suppose to be paid by AA?

Ha... I pay for RM250 for 2 pax including the luggage & d unfair convenience fees. Tvl on Sat afternoon & back on Wed. I never buy Go Insure from AA cos no so comprehensive compare to buying directly from AIA Tvl assist. AA have no change to Multi Purpose. I find it not so flexible as well. Good example, if I tvl KL - BKK ( I have to get insurance from AA) and from BKK I tvl to Chiang Rai again I have to buy then if tvl back to KL via chiang Mai again I have to buy. If I buy direct from insurance company I only pay once for my entire trip for d same period
