Hi Guys, semi-related to topic, but if you are travelling to Japan in the near future and wanna stay connect with NTT DoCoMo, you can get your SIM locally in Malaysia.

We do have but no stock now because they are not very sought after. They are a bit expensive when compared to the 7-day SIM and the cost difference when using two 7 days SIM isn't much.

You should ask at Airbnb section not here.
Here have no single related to Airbnb process and regulation.

yes you need to pay in full, but it goes to airbnb first. After you have completed your stay, it will be credited to the host.

Please check on cancellation policy, there is moderate, flexible and strict.

in all three options, airbnb fee is not refundable.
whilst the percentage ,please check in airbnb website.

also biggest hint to you, would be to do more reading on the products before you ask. If you have read, but do not understand thats a different matter. If you have not even read about it, then it is what we call lazy.

Hope this helps.

Quoted for truth. What he asked is easily searchable on airbnb website with a little clicking and reading.

There are 4 seasons in Japan. You have to decide what you wanna see first..... Snow? Flowers? Yellow brown leaves? Or Leng Lui....

Then you research based on that by googling i.e. "When is the best time to see ...... in Japan".
