QUOTE(RegentCid @ Jun 30 2015, 11:52 PM) After you finsied climb Fushima Inari....I don't think you got stamina to go Arashiyama already unless you are very very fit. Hahaha.. Yupe im going to Osaka on Jan 2016 which is ........... Winter Most common will be visit Arashiyama first. Can be done both places as long it was not at Winter Season. Winter season day light are very limited. 4.30pm already getting dark. As long you do homework, know the public transport well......No problem. So that's why I better split both place into 2days.. But if arashiyama with golden pavilion? Can make it into one day? |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jul 1 2015, 12:28 AM) actually, all depends on what you plan to do at any particular space. So when you ask whether can fit or not, do state what you plan to do there. From there only we can advice. I will do what traveller will do when they visit the place for the first time, take photo, explore around, shopping around....etc |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jul 1 2015, 12:32 AM) still vague. for example, at fushimi inari, are you going to hike up the hill? or at arashiyama, are you going to take the sagano train, or visit the monkey, or explore all the temples? Else, if touch and go, i can say you can even cover fushimi inari, arashiyama and golden pavi in 1 day. Hmm ok ok, but if skies is getting dark early like 4-5pm, will those attraction places still open for visitor? |

QUOTE(cc980024 @ Jul 7 2015, 08:53 AM) I went Universal Studio Osaka on early December (when Winter started) and enjoy so much as is cooling but not sure February is freezing or same. But during the day we went, there was slight rain here and there, and it was indeed an experience where it rain icy water suddenly while myself and my son still on the ride in the air. Good tips!If you really planned to go during winter, do be the earliest customer and make full use of the park operating hours, as they closed early. We were so reluctant to leave the place, hence after the park closed, we had our dinner at the Hard Rock (across the entrance) and after that return to the park gate and snap few more pics (in the dark). But i assume there's not much visitor during winter compare with other season right? |

is it a idea if I go Osaka during winter which is (1-8 degree c), so I wear normal jacket from Msia and only buy winter clothes in japan?
my concern is nicer quality, nicer design and maybe... cheaper price. |
