On your image it already says 'tokyo metro' and 'toei subway' only mah. Doesn't say "JR." So do you think it includes JR yamanote line?

it is confusing since the map listed it under toei sub

You have to buy at Malaysia using RM or CC only.
How can you using Yen at Malaysia?
JR rail Pass you brought at Malaysia just a Exchange Order. Later Reach Japan have to used this Exchange Order change it into JR Rail Pass at Japan Airport // Major JR Station at Travel Service Center.

You have to show them Passport + Exchange Order + Fill in a application form

This is the Exchange Order that buy at Authorize Travel Agency at Malaysia.

Regarding transportation, i would like to confirm.
My itinerary is as below:

31-Mar Narita -> Asakusa (Tokyo)
1-Apr Asakusa -> Zushi (Kamakura)
2-Apr Travel around Kamakura
3-Apr Kamakura -> Hakone
4-Apr Hakone -> Tokyo
5-Apr Within Tokyo
6-Apr Within Tokyo
7-Apr Tokyo and --> Narita

Thus for all modes of transportation we plan to take the train, is there any special passes that are recommended rather than just buying regular tickets?

Appreciate the recommendations. Thanks

About JR pass pricing, they are priced in yen, but you pay it in MYR (cash or credit card).

JTB and HIS both has weekly yen exchange rate figure to determine how much you pay for JR Pass in MYR.

Yes, that's the one smile.gif

The one I tried was in Higashi Chaya area of Kanazawa.

Hokuriku area is beautiful, very beautiful. I would consider going back there again.

I noticed the Hakone and Kamakura pass. (that one i'll decide how, since i already got our accomodation through airbnb in kamakura)

As for the metro-pass, is it referring to: JR Tokyo Wide Pass << Click Here ?

No.

Because transport connect to Haneda Airport are Private line.

Tokyo sightseeing can used Metro daily Pass.

Tokyo city to Narita no pass. Have to used Pasmo or Suica.
