this project is not the highest selling price. The highest I can say is Sunway Group second phase. This project consider as affordable Mid High-end Freehold Project, the new phase of velocity 2 is leasehold and psf expensive than Lavile.

Velocity doesn't effect the view, the phase 2 is at the other side. Btw, now is selling Blk B there is no KLCC view.
