I bought Lavile, because:
1. it is FREEHOLD.
2. AEON Cheras is just right beside.
3. MRT is very near & link to AEON.

Lavile is not selling about the view but the Standard itself, it equip with High End Condo Facilities. The said project can be develop or not still an uncertainty

nothing to shout about in lavile facilities which is quite common in other new launch condo, even nearby parc3 has more facilities than lavile, but i think the view matter the most in buying condo unit, would you really want to face ur neighbour balcony every single day?

I think the project is on, i even saw the advertisement nearby walls and pillar at bukit nanas Monorail station and KL Life Style center.

Mentioning about PV Mira.

The only freehold in maluri cheras , velo 1, lavile.

Nearest to MRT
Lavile , velo 2 , follow by parc 3.

Parc 3 need to walk across busy road n no cover walk way.



Home feeling- parc 3. Got a green park there.







Freehold n leasehold almost same price, which to choose. I go for freehold

last year went to sales gallery, the SA told that it's 870 - 920psf for Tower B..

Now Block B doesn't have any units selling at RM 770psf. Now is around RM 900psf
