All the business also need more ppls to support and running, you will not see any services condo with low density become hot area. please share if any.

the cons of this project is nobody can predict rental this area after 4 years, as of now, the rental in this area still below market. hope new infrastructure like bus station, lrt, mrt can create more value.
NEW jusco also not sure when will rebuild/renovation complete, if buyer get the key and jusco renovation still in progress also will impact the rental or resident activity.
