My brother bought project Villa Crystal developed by Orando Holdings...basin is extra small and low quality tiles provided.

When asked agent there, they said developer assume owner going remove for renovation soon, so not need provide good quality 

Then, beware of agent that purposely gave wrong info. Better go for direct staff because when come to argument, agent will ask you refer direct to developer after taken commission.

They will tell you size by size parking , but after paying deposit , suddenly will tell you tandem parking, agent try to manipulate the real fact.

Be careful with this developer tricks and the agent.
