We can't predict the rental actually. Good location and good home give us good rental. Agree?

'nobody can predict' one day KL is the world class city with zero crime rate

no matter how, looking forward all the property due to scarcity of land in a city..
but the problem is own country direction must change, people attitude must change.
Not everyone only looking at stock market, property investment..but do more research, R&D, create new thing..contribute to the country rather always start with 'how to earn more money from others'...

Rental good is when many occupied office tower, colleges, universities, expats. Thats all.

There is only one formula in property, which is location x3 man. I have not seen other success formula yet. Your new success formula is much appreciated biggrin.gif

Many mentioned good points already, to me downside is the surrounding area very kampong, high density means high competition in rental and subsale, quite many other condo in that area(doesn't really a concern as every where is crowded with condo).

I made the decision to buy yesterday. Because I work until 5pm, I made an appointment with him to pay deposit after working hour. At that time, I also saw him explaining to other customers on very patient way and sincerely.

One thing that I really salute for him is I saw him still serving customers after 9pm. That's why I strongly recommend this sales person. I can feel his passion in work.
P/s: I'm not the sales person representing the developer. I'm just a small customer who has just bought an unit. 😜😜

Hmm from the way you have been indirectly promoting Loke guy and the website, I find it very dubious that you are none other than Loke himself. Thats fine if you wish to do some indirect marketing but please observe the rules of this forum.

Anyway good points there.
