We can't predict the rental actually. Good location and good home give us good rental. Many mentioned good points already, to me downside is the surrounding area very kampong, high density means high competition in rental and subsale, quite many other condo in that area(doesn't really a concern as every where is crowded with condo).why not analysis the project based on valid points?? |

I made the decision to buy yesterday. Because I work until 5pm, I made an appointment with him to pay deposit after working hour. At that time, I also saw him explaining to other customers on very patient way and sincerely. One thing that I really salute for him is I saw him still serving customers after 9pm. That's why I strongly recommend this sales person. I can feel his passion in work. P/s: I'm not the sales person representing the developer. I'm just a small customer who has just bought an unit. 😜😜 Anyway good points there. |
