I like Loke because he is not bombastic in marketing. He told me the strengths and weaknesses. I like his honest in selling which is different from other sale person. I made the decision to buy yesterday. Because I work until 5pm, I made an appointment with him to pay deposit after working hour. At that time, I also saw him explaining to other customers on very patient way and sincerely. One thing that I really salute for him is I saw him still serving customers after 9pm. That's why I strongly recommend this sales person. I can feel his passion in work. P/s: I'm not the sales person representing the developer. Anybody here could comment if this Orando Holdings developer a reputable one? Are their financial cashflow good? I tried googling it but wasn't able to find any information. All i can get is they have quite a few completed developments around Cheras area.
4.5 years is indeed a long time and it would be comfortable to know that this developer is able to weather the storm(if any) in the next few years. Would like to avoid getting caught in situation like Empire City, Damansara |
