IMHO this price will need alot freebies to work. If no freebies and txn cost high, I might just go subsales. 6XXk can get many very good subsales 1XXXsqft - 14XXsqft near LRT/MRT.

Attractive is location, because MRT, AEON, and if you familiar the road access not too bad.. Old surrounding I not so worried..

But cannot deny, at this price rental will need alot of top up if you thinking investment.. and if true 4.5 year construction then must remember the longer Progress Payment also..
