yesterday purchased 1 item at 6pm.... paid and being charged to credit card....
this morning received email saying my order has been cancelled due to payment delay... called customer service, #fakap man!!! said this is system cancellation, refund process will take 7-14 days debit back to my credit card! KNS!!! |

Looking at a fridge and saw that it's selling for about RM200 cheaper at 11street than senQ although the shop selling it on 11street is also supposed to be senQ.

yes, some coupon is like shit, only applicable for a handful of items, but most of the time, the stuff are bang for bucks. Last year i bought a mobile in-car holder, dono what brand for only rm17. Quality very good quite on par with capdase(the cheapest capdase usually around rm80+) |

I have manage to download 11street coupons on several occasions. You can try this:
1. Log into 11street account 10 minutes earlier before coupon download time start. 2. Keep pressing the download button 1-2 minutes before the actual download time start and keep pressing on error message non stop till it says coupon has finished. 3. Never give up and keep on trying everyday until the coupon promotion ends. 4. Always check 11street website everyday to see any new coupon available and be among the first to download because through my experience 50% and 99% coupons are given during early stage of the promotion. 5. Check regularly on social media such as youtube, yahoo and msn because 11street will once in a while release the coupons for download as early as 12am. |

It depends on the products that you are buying. Everything is displayed there, if you feel that it is expensive then you can opt not to buy. The discount coupon u have to use wisely as various vouchers are for certain product groups only, you should do a trial and error to maximise the discount

The fact that 11street is sending their goons posing as buyers to shill their website is disgusting. It makes them untrustworthy since if they can do this, I wonder how many of the reviews and ratings for the sellers there are actually real.

Some online platforms allow Zero Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP) with major credit cards. So far I have bought 2 Samsung phones using ZIIP for 36 months at 11street. No other retailers will offer such a long ZIIP plan. Hope 11street will make this a permanent promotion as I have more things to buy.

Well, recently I just made my purchase on 11street la after I saw advertisement about it and many people were using this website. It was a really pleasant shopping experience in the sense that the price of the item I bought is much much cheaper than what is on other websites. What surprise me the most that they give out promo voucher very frequently and that made the item even cheaper 😱

Noticed some members of this forum have difficulties downloading the coupons. Here are some tips based on my experience.
1. Get it right on time. Do this by using your phone reminder and/or alarm settings few minutes before the said coupons are stated for download. 2. Try to use stable internet connection like wifi or high speed broadband to ensure timeliness of download. 3. Certain coupons apply to certain range of categories so ensure you have understood the coupon before deciding to download. 4. my online shopping experience with 11street is worsening now due to reasons as below:
1. inconsistent price 2. difficult to obtain coupons.......ain't nobody got time for that 3. meager , low coupon value (total average discount no more than 15%) 4. expensive shipping charges 5. listed price is expensive compared to Laza## 6. no shopback 7. connection often timeout, server is slow I had at least 3 times when listed price in shockingdeals dropped after I purchase so its not exactly a value buy, in addition to the shitty customer service due to wrong item sent by seller. For now I reload my Celcom and buy vouchers if it's cheap & that is it. I will no longer buy products in 11street because Laza**, Gemfi**, Lelo## are selling it cheaper, with definite voucher value that is simpler, and better customer service. In short, 11street is expensive, complex, time consuming & treat customer like shi+ |

They have their way of getting the discount back from you, also a very special way of determining REFUND.
Just to share my recent experience. Bought item A rm160 with coupon (it is overprice but slightly cheaper than the market price after discount), and item B rm30 with coupon. Paid in a single transaction. Item B is different from what the merchant had advertised. They agreed to refund and told me no need to send the item back to them. Guess what happened. They refunded me rm4. How come? RM 30 - discount for item B - discount for item A. And this is the final decision from the higher authority. Lesson learned: perform transaction for every single purchase. |

I have just purchased mobile top up service from 11street. Their services is really efficient. once my payment success it already help me to top up my mobile credit. Really make me impress of their service. Usually I buy top up service through Laza** on Tuesday by their UOB credit card promotion. However, they have stop the discount already. so I just have a try on 11street. they give away 4% rebate as reward if you comment on the product after purchase. Although only 4% rebate but I satisfy with the services given.

Just recently I got approach from 11street merchandising manager asking me whether I got x quantity of 1 of my product, which they want to feature on shocking deal, which I told them I got enough and they proceed to do so. Later only I notice they adjust the price on behalf of me ended up I'm making a loss for each unit sold. I found out on the order that came in and I immediately inform them to stop. Their system forbid seller to readjust the price once that item went into shocking deal. Very fishy I would say.

By checking other buyer's comments and reviews 2. By asking the seller some questions and see how they answer back to you 3. Check how the warranty can be claim 4. Since it's Friday and long weekend ahead , no bother to track parcel. When back to work, yesterday, tracking shows no record... Today it still show no record... I posted Q&A ask seller. Seller replied will send out item today. Just before I'm leaving office, the item page that I'm purchase showed item sold out ! I'm worry. Are seller close shop run away??? What shld I do next?
