Well...memang process refund/cancel dia nampak cantik..on paper. Tapi bila ade issue..adoiii. I baru2 nie ade place order untuk 1 phone kt 11street nie...dah siap bayar full. Tapi lepas place order, jumpa offer yg lagi baik, jadi even seller tue pon advise cancel...even if I nk still buy with him pon...he advise cancel dulu, then wait for certain voucher and place the order again.
I pon..ok lah..proceed to cancel the order...ambil option refund to my credit card. Next day I pon dpt email ckp my cancellation is completed. Ok lah..I ingat tunggu je lah seminggu sket masuk la duit tue.
Tapi ntah pepasal, hari seterusnya saya dapat email ckp my akaun now permanently suspended, alasannya multiple account registration. Sedangkan I mmg register satu akaun je...refund nye tak settel lagi ( agak banyak jumlah refund tue jadi I tak sedap hati ). So I pon call la customer service....and mereka pon x dpt pastikan sebab kenapa my acc kene suspend. Bila check mmg my phone no and email tag to 1 akaun je. Tapi mereka ckp kalau suspend pon my refund will not be affected. CS pon ckp, mereka akan check dengan department yg suspend tue, and get back to my by email in 2 business days.
As expected from Malaysian business, lepas 6-7 hari pon xde satu haram pon update, so I la kene follow up sendiri. Bila dh call, baru CS ckp...oh ade update..dari risk management department...katanya my account ada suspicious activity, so sbb tue diorang suspend and mintak i provide my phone bill....WTF...Hello.. ????!!!
11Street is Celcom, my phone number telco is Celcom, I call CS pon pakai number tue..ape haram kejadahnya need verification kne bagi bill bagai. Diorang ade semua access to verify my details tally ke tak between 11street and Celcom telco...sama kot. Ape kejadahnya kaitan dengan multiple account registration ??? I pon time tue...what ever lah 11street..if you don't want my business ...#%$# u, I just go elsewhere...bila check pasal my refund...rupanya it's not even initiated yet...

Kesian the CS girl got maki by me..but feel so pissed off. After way more than 2 weeks from cancellation date..and after my CC bill statement dh keluar...baru I dpt my refund..tue pon after following up too many times.
Kesimpulannya....jangan too trustful sangat dengan any business online kt Malaysia nie. Even 11street nie under big giant Celcom, tapi still can't handle customer dia professionally..not even a single apology
next time nak refund minta tukar jd credit je...jgn minta cash...mmg leceh...sy slalu jd mcm ni tp sy hanya akan tukar kpd credit refund tu...still sama amaun yg sy byr cuma dlm btk ewallet...tukar ke credit instant...
