These assholes are doing something called marketing, the biggest corruption humankind has ever faced. The lies told in marketing 'by one person' not including the entire thousands of humans within that shitty community, are worse than lawyers. The lies each of them tell in their lives, the dosa, the sin, the multitude of fragmented brains stuck in a loop of double-tongued liars, pathological definitely. Infact one of the marketing bastards lies itself will be enough to cover lies told between a social community worth more than a century. That's how much lies they deal with everyday, I'm surprised Psychiatrist don't label them as pathological liars as they work with this lying everyday. I wonder how much deep in Hell or Purgatory they have to deal with to cover the Karma and dishonesty they shit on themselves their entire working lives.

Now onto my rant towards malaysian online bullshyt.
Stop it, just stop. Unless you live in extremely far or deep places like in Baling, Kedah, flood zones in Kelantan or ride the sampan everyday in sabah and sarawak, I would advise you to stop using malaysian online services, everyone of them are bastards out for a buck and will 100% take the quick way out where they lepas tangan before they act like how professionals are legally binded to do. As a doctor, I am honor bound to the Hippocratic oath and I'm lawfully binded under jurisprudence thus I can in no way take the easy way out when treating a patient but remember fools, these idiots are no professionals. They may have MBAs, and a thousand list scroll of achievements, economic grandstanding bullshyt but none of them really know what being a professional really is like. Not the online shopping company, not their deliverers, not even their call center agents, everyone of them just chickens and fools and 'prostitutes' working for all companies across malaysia like bytches behind a pimp, no innovation, no worker/union control, no in depth progression with customer relations.
This is where professionals differ from egoistic sociopaths of stereotypical business assholes who look for profit without balancing the long term efficiency scale. Professionals ensure your protection because they are legally required to do, none of this money grubbing leeeches are tho, none of them are fiduciaries, none of them are legally required to protect you, and if you check every one of their 'protection schemes' there is always a backdoor loophole that will protect the company. Imagine that, providing a service and then taking it back because you don't have the balls nor willpower to DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO by using liability removing terms and conditions for the part of the company.
I have experienced the worst experiences in both Lelong AND EVEN LAZADA! None of these arseholes will protect you, you're better off spending half an hour to 45 minutes directly to the merchant face to face as of now in Malaysia until one of them have the balls to legally bind their company and staff to both compensation AS WELL AS PENALTY (such as domino's 30 mins or free pizza - this is why domino's is still the best pizza delivery service) that will take away both the merchant and the trade company company financial assets rather than just returning OUR MONEY, which means they don't return or compensate our time or effort wasted.
So to all Lowyat members, REMEMBER THIS!
Till the time comes when a malaysian online trade company follows the procedure mention below, let us finally join hands and boycott every online delivery service until one of them has the balls and is smart enough to practice customer based trading.
The company should have: - 100% refund on all failed services - 10% Penalty shared against trading company and courier company for out of time delivery failure but is able to do within 1 week after promised delivery time, increased to 20% if failed to do so with 100% refund or without refund if still able to be delivered after that delayed 1 week - 20% Penalty against merchant for return of faulty products reduced to 5% if merchant is able to replace within promised delivery time, 10% if off the original promised time - Delivery courier options with extremely precise delivery information from driver name, your local delivery schedule, deliverer contact, all the way to the number plate. If such things are too hard, then maybe I would tell the surgeon operating on you, yeh its too hard, im sorry, you should die instead, its easier, or grow some balls and deliver you own godddamn self or pick a courier service that gives you this information

Otherwise, screw them, we don't need them, don't kill the planet with useless delivery trucks not doing their job, causing traffic jams in kl and other cities as well as polluting our environment and our streets with their dimwitted presence. Your prestige and rights as a human living in those areas should not be disrespected by fools with no forward thinking mind, the supply and demand world is yours to command, YOU direct the demand, thus you should be the one making the calls, and they provide the supply, not the other way around
