Hmm so far I have not face any bad customer support. The latest they would reply me is within 2 working days though. If they still have not reply you, you could try to call them up at the number provided at their website which is 03-2720 0000. I believe they would definitely solve your problem.

I wouldn't say buying big electronics would be good in other website though because you might not know if they ship you the fake or incorrect product from what you expected. At least from 11street, you can directly ask the seller about it and know if they would respond to you or not and also once u pay thru 11street, your money would not go directly to the seller until u have confirm your purchase.

Dont worry, as far as I know, 11street is one of those online website which they would protect buyers from any scammers so on and so forth.

There are few ways to check if its trustworthy :

1. By checking other buyer's comments and reviews
2. By asking the seller some questions and see how they answer back to you
3. Check how the warranty can be claim

But most of all, do not be afraid because once you make payment, it wont go directly to the seller but to 11street itself first until u confirm your order. If anything goes wrong, you can contact 11street for it before the payment being process.
