have one case with seller here but not foods, an item. item never got recieve. call CS, they say "out of stock, dis one no scammer i assure you". went to the item page, item aldy suspended. and then scroll down so many angry comments liao. why do they keep the bad sellers around when they are still new and need to build their reputation.

after this they shud make rule to state expiry date of item on the selling page.

i suspect they use their online store to sell thier expired items. you know...the things the customers in their physical store won't actually buy. lel

and in 11street, the money will be credited to the seller 7 days after process item. so if they purposely delay until 7 day, by the time u recieve item kenot refund money ady. well, can, but long process lah because you have to discuss with the seller and they most likely ignore you.
