Yes but so far only certain branches.

Sam GP and NU sentral no problem.

Only certain bills and not all bills. They use e-pay.

A more secure payment method for your credit and debit card transactions

PIN & PAY lets you make purchases by keying in a PIN, with no signature required. In an industry-wide initiative, all card transactions in Malaysia will be PIN & PAY from 1 January 2017 onwards.

We are phasing in the new CIMB Bank cards progressively, starting with credit cards in December 2015 and debit cards in January 2016. It is an automated process and you will receive your new PIN & PAY card by January 2017, at the latest. You can use your PIN & PAY card as soon as you activate and change the PIN.

You could try small amount to test.

Alternatively, did you know you can get more than 5% discount by paying through other methods? There's a few dealers on the u mobile threads which offer discount to pay through them. Also qoo10 can use to pay (and shopback.my gives high rebate on payments through qoo10).
