Ya lo I ask CIMB CS they say their bank only do like this.

I used UOB & Maybank for paypal pay in RM never kena this 1%, summore this 1% never appear when receive SMS when I made the payment, the amount suddenly change on the statement compare with the SMS CIMB sent to me.

It's 0.8% actually and CIMB is not the only bank that imposes cross border. That's why I try to avoid using CIMB for this kind of transactions. Even Groupon and Apple Store also have cross border.

that company doesn't seem to be used as fraud. try to think back what you swiped on that date. perhaps the place you swiped used the borrow/share the same cc machine with this company. or maybe yyour wife used it without your permission. lol...

anyway, if finally you confirmed it's a fraud, then you may call the cs first and they will assist you further by asking you to fill up the form.

I applied cashback card, got petronas card instead. Hassle to explain to cs...

I have a feeling that the ATM PIN acts like an enabler instead of you really need for the linking. I didn't use the ATM PIN to the linkage and despite, I failed to do linkage myself at the website even though the PIN is with me.

How to check my points? My iphone cant open the website cinb clicks. Apps cant view points also.

Thanks, in the end I was 'cheated' by the way they display transaction date (or maybe the shop actually do the transaction late). Also like normal la, the company name no relation to the shop name.....

Correct me if i am wrong. Currently redeem rm50 tesco voucher need 14500 bonus points. Wef dec i only need 12500 bp to redeem the same voucher. Isn't this better?
