If single entrance (double lane per entry-visitors/residents), usually 3 guards per shift on 12 hours per shift is suffice, 2 manning the post while one goes for patrolling every 1.5 hours

If two entrance, try to make one of it only accessible by residents (then only need one at the post) while the other "main" entrance will serve both visitors/residents (2 guards here at any one time) and another to patrol every 1.5 hours.

Both situation above would need at least one local msian to supervise the Nepalese and supposedly using access card to control in-out of residents

RA are advise to pressure IJM for proper guardpost with fans or airconds, toilets and also grill to safe guard the guards in case some fellas come chopping on them over territory dispute etc as what is happening rampantly in Klang

Guards should be equipped with bicycle each, illuminate vest, baton, whistle at all time with Motorola walkie for patrolling guard and each at the guard post.

Nepalese should cost abt $7.5 an hour

i thought they will finish up all the flora space first before going to fauna... the next coming phase should be high rise & commercial in between Wisteria & Chimes... as previously said...

Unfortunately ijm has only commited in providing basic guardhouse and fence...they are not even providing boomgates.. Will be a tough battle to get all that you have mentioned from ijm

Yes I site visit also feel can't connected. Then should entrance signboard also rename to Perennia 1 and Perennia 2? Else how visitor will know which is correct entrance when visit friend

Zone 1 and 2 are using one entrance and seperated from the rest. Zone 3-6 have two entrance but the are interconnected... Hence one entrance from zone 3-6 has been blocked

the rest are sharing main road with Periwinkle later...divide them by roundabout in those phase...

Then at least 4 security guards already. This had not include those ronding one.

Hmm based on the guards that is being employed by ijm now.. I think its more than that... They have like two guards at the guard post... Another like 2-3 guards patroling just zone 1-2.. Not sure about zone 3-6 as I cant access there hahaah... But the guards employed by ijm seems to be doing quite a good job... Can see them patrolling quite regularly... Contractor parking at the road side foe a short while also kena halau already... May ask ijm which security firm they are using now ?
