PETALING JAYA (April 6): IJM Land Bhd is allowing buyers of homes in selected schemes to pay nothing for up to 12 months upon vacant possession, as well as a zero-interest instalment scheme for up to 36 months under its Free Stay @ No Pay campaign, the group announced in a press release today.

The promotion will run from now until July 31, covering seven of its current development projects: The Bandar Rimbayu and Shah Alam 2 townships in Selangor, the Seremban 2 township and Seri Binjai in Negeri Sembilan, Pantai Sentral Park in Kuala Lumpur, Epic Residences in Johor and Riverine Diamond at Kuching Riverine Resort in Sarawak.

“The 12 months free home loan instalment upon vacant possession provides our buyers the peace of mind to spend their extra savings on their day to day needs or as extra cash for their moving in or renovation expenses,” said Bandar Rimbayu sales and marketing manager Susan Teh.

IJM Land is also giving out an additional 1% rebate under the IJM Land Purchaser Priority Programme and a free 3 days 2 nights stay at Club Med Kani, Maldives for every customer.

how to determine free 12 months loan installment? everyone's loan installment is different.
Is that "free"? or just defer your loan installment 12 month later only start paying?

Nope, considering....

i confirm with my SA just now,the latest promotion only valid for new buyer,for penduline, free 6 months upon vacant possession,not fair wey

meaning first 6 mths upon vacant loan installment they'll pay for us ?

personally feel is a good buy.

1. Many packages offer by IJM include full furnish
2. Cheaper maintenance fees compare to neighbor project
3. IJM is sincere enough to serve us, fix the defect, build nice guard house, etc
4. Low entry.
5. Good layout.

What to do..now soft market. Developers coming up with promotions/financing packages to attract new buyers to boost their sales. I think in the past 2 weeks alone, Tropicana, Sunway and now IJM came up with promos/financing packages. Not sure if EcoWorld did something as well or not

this one i not sure...mayb wait other ask their SA also....but according to my SA,no more 2+1 % rebate for new buyer

so they won't get any discount ? for those who already entitled 2+1% we'll still get free 6 mths loan installment ?
