Currently left type B.
Launching date for type C is unsure yet, but one thing for sure is the price range will be different(maybe starting from 700k).

Compare with elmina valley 20x70 maybe starting from 650k gross see which one worth buying

Hari ini dalam sejarah.

I believe the 1st phase of kk was launched in 1996 or thereabout. I wanted to buy then....but they didnt want to sell bcos it wasnt officially launched yet.

Ended up bought in puchong...

Just my 2 cents though, need the commercial area to be up and running in 2018. Currently, nearest place to find makan-makan is in KK? A little inconvenient for residents to drive close to 10km just to have some simple/fast food or do some banking, perhaps.

intl school will bring in gd crowd but mostly locals in this area.. dis oasis is crowded international school like tenbi also?

Now rimbayu VP 1 yr d n occupancy is still below 10% right? hope all those new units cn be filled 60% when d commercial ready..

10-12 km is only 10min now but with heavy traffic may rise to 15 min in d future..

Agree. Thats why the earlier purchases is more worth the money.
I heard they will be taking away some of the promo starting April.

If this is true, probably it's an early sign that economy is getting on the right track again...demand is there, just that BNM and banks are really strict in approving loans...

Price might spike again in 1-3 years time tongue.gif
