Hi. I have interest in penduline as the price are still affordable....but the main concern is leasehold.....the unit is for my own stay.......what will happen once the lease period is over??

But not sure after 90 years, what option will be.. Hahaha.

Thanks for the info. Any one out there know the full detail of the sales package for Penduline. Exp like Downpayment, SPA, legal fees, MOT and etc.

Hi, regarding mortgage, should we should with higher BR or lower BR if the ELR are similar at 4.40%?? Can any sifu please advise. TQ. :-)
