Pretty bad surface drainage. Maybe scupper drains beside road are clogged. Or maybe just poor job done with the road camber

Went to their sales gallery yesterday. Most of the Type A for Penduline that's been launched for selling have been snapped up. Left about 4 inter units and about 4 corner units too. Type B still have plenty as they have launched more for sales. Most end lot units for Type B have been sold though.

Also, I first liaised with this sales person named Carlson. I'm sorry to anyone here who has been dealing with him in the past but I found him kinda...cocky! After a while just look at the other type of houses in the sales gallery and ended up talking to another sales person named Idayu (if I recall correctly). A lot more pleasant and a lot more willing to entertain without being arrogant/cocky/lansi.

What did they tell you about the specs?

Today I heard one of them say floor tiles will be porcelain; cement sand bricks for the walls; and bathroom wall tiles up to 1.5m only.

Corner lot for Penduline? If i'm not mistaken it starts from 900k and above. Because the corner lot the width of the house is actually 23' so built up area is quite a lot bigger than intermediate or end lots

Yeah correct. The last time I went there about 3 weeks back, the SA said Phase 1 only about 50-60 occupied their units while Phase 2 only about 10 units occupied so far. Still very early days for BR. Maybe late this year or early next year then more people with some Phase 3 owners moving in as well
