In term of psf, it's actually higher.  Compare to Chimes sub-sales of 700K, you pay
lesser in term of build up or land area.  Depend on how one judge it, which one to go.

 

hmm depends how you look at it.... chimes was sold at 560k for 22x75 during its initial launch...but then price houses back than was a little lower than now....

100K higher than Chimes but built up & land area for Penduline is smaller! So Penduline worth buying ka bro?

if you buy to flip than think twice or thrice.. if buy for own stay for >5 years i think its still good .... I believe land (especially those far away from city) will still appreciate better over the years...
