This township is huge and it can take five to ten years for it to mature. If u r buying for investment u better hv holding power..take for example the earlier phases ..there are so many for sale.. I dont think there is any market now for rental

Frankly speaking, I think IJM is rushing..as its approaching end of the year. Next year the market should be bad or spooky...so I think they want to sell whatever they can before end of the year holiday...:-)
