This area development and future, my view definite great, it least got 2 international school, and commercial plan, retirement village and more than 20 events per year (3 developers).. haha - Done 3. For own stay, this price for you is afforable and allow you 2 years collect bullet too - Done So i guess no much problem, just whether you need consider you ok with the distance between your working place and canal city area? I think you need to prepare to stay at your new condo for that period of time and also paying for your new house for min 4 to 5 years, after that you could either rent out or sale your condo if penduline is an investment plan, then holding for 4-5 years are needed. it seem commercial in canal will rely on BR shoplot even after vp of penduline. |
