please give opinion on thsi whether shall we purchase penduline or we shall wait further for other options. e.g. subsales...blah blah...

Realistically, the whole area, BR, ES, TA will only come alive after 4 to 5 years, no one will shift in as construction is all over the area. It took kota kumuning maybe 10 to 15 years to get fully occupied. I think you need to prepare to stay at your new condo for that period of time and also paying for your new house for min 4 to 5 years, after that you could either rent out or sale your condo
