It's basically alive area that having activities running, so it's fine to stay.

The most scary part if the interest rate increase, if we have holding power also in doubt to keep it.

But u can always have the chance to get a landed in future coz I foresee that the house price won't go to sky high few years later. Try to ask urself whether it's necessary to get a landed now since U ord have an apartment? Do u have enough budget for renovation? What's ur exit plan if u can't afford to hold both properties? If the answers are no.. Why not just saving bullets now and go for the landed if the timing is right... But definitely not now in my opinion...

Penduline will near mosque and school in future. Depends on your preference. Of cause will more cars near by afternoon and evening after school  If you this is not your preference consider other phases or subs ales
