teh only IP address with stable connection in shah alam ...for me is
218.208.*.*, ping average 400~600

if i got 219.* or 60.* or 218.95 totally lag +spikes lag+ bad bad bad

nice.. my side the only good ip is 218.111 other's making me mad..... but lucky i can change the ip.. kesian some of my fren have to live with those bad ip...

my place ok abit with 219.x.x.x

usually just 1k latency and with little spikes. well playable so i didn't test 218.111.x.x range

streamyx has been going bonkers on me...every 5 mins i see my router page "cable disconnected" what on earth is going on? i even tried rewiring my modem as close to the telephone port as i can but no difference.....help help

Its the lag spikes that i cant take anymore, gonna go to Clickers tommorow and try and get them to shift me onto another port or something if possible. Will let you guys know what happens tommorow =)

Well Streamyx are not gonna care what we say here.

We have to get their attention. Complaining to them wont help a bit. The only way to get their attention is to get all of us to work together to MAKE them take notice.

I remembered someone said make a petition. Once they notice how many of us aren't satisfied we just might be able to get their attention.

As long as we can get their attention and notice how bad this it is, it will work. But if you just complain nothing is gonna happen. The petition has to get the attention of the people in charge of the streamyx servers.

The streamyx lag problem well last a very long time. Since they didnt even announce any upgrades or address us that their gonna fix the problem.

Its up to us. Unless you know another way we can get their attention. To me and a few of my friends agree that a petition will get their attention.

What do you think? Or you just wanna keep complaining? Its up to you.

KL has the biggest chance to make them notice cause for 1 thing its the capital, i assume the largest amount of streamyx users are in KL due to the large population & most of the big shots are in KL of just outside of KL.

Unless u think we could use the emails as a petition? but i dont think it'll work using emails. This thing has to be organized and done in hardcopy.

Finding people to do it is hard.

foreign players? I put yes cause i want TMnET to have competition when it cames to broadband. That way they'll always look after their customers.

Heh no worries mate, this petition has been going around Malaysian internet forums for sometime. Im not sure who started it, but when I signed it, it had only 20 signatures. I just hope the guy that owns this actually does soemthing with it.
