Aiya! sit there press button only mah? not hard at all.

But since I'm generous, oklah! teh tarik and roti canai tongue.gif

In any case, call it a gut feeling, but I don't think 20th of April is going to solve anything. By the time TMnet gets round to doing the rerouting that they need to do, it'll be the 21st.. and guess what? 21st is a public holiday. 22nd Friday, they will be too lazy to work since it's one day from the weekend.

So there you go, you'll be lucky if the lag spikes in Azeroth subside by the evening of the 25th tongue.gif

1mb line, still spiking very often especially in instances and dropped 6 times in Sunken Temple. Not fun at all...

Still using 219.95.x.x

it only a little of malaysian wow pops are affected now. i hope this does not mean that tmnet will be happy with the situation and just ignore our problems with 219.95 ip.

when i do get to 218.208 ip tho, its smooth.

I do not get it. Using 219.95. IP range - I only see lag in WoW. I've played Eve Online, Planetside, The Matrix Online, and Lineage 2 - all with minimal latency. Infact, very good compared to WoW. Only 150-300ms ! Even in big 500+ men battles the lag is minimal.

Why is it only WoW lags ? The provider ? The sheer amount of players Blizzard stuff into each realm ? Gosh..

Think it's the data center that WoW decides to host their servers on mostly.. probably not that good a connection between us and them.

4.07PM, got disconnected from WoW, and then everything goes back to like it was 1 month ago, the infamous 3k pings with huge delays. Cant browse many webs too. What is up this time? Or is it just temporary?

Shortly after that, it was a lagless game, like the day we first bought WoW. around 10 minutes after that DC again, now line is dead :/

You know what?

'Technically', TMnet didn't inform us that there is still outstanding repair work to be done on the APCNII, which is due to complete by the 20th - remember, we got that info from REACH, NOT TMnet.

So, 'technically', we are entitled and am completely justified to harass them through 1-300 and/or Clickers to ask them why everything isn't back to normal yet despite them telling us that everything should be now.

Just a thought...

Line is backup with no more spikes and a ping of 300-800. Delay is less than 1 second, I'm happy enough because this is way better than what I've endured for more than a month. Just hope things wont go worse...

Today,

218.208 went wank - 500ms, ingame 800ms. Low packet loss. At one point, 0 packets got thru to WoW. TMnet messing about perhaps.

218.111, 64 is still 300s with loads of packet loss.

219.95 is still hopeless.

Yes I'm always on 219. But then now it goes back to square one. Less spikes but ping is above a thousand, sometimes reaching 2k sigh. Can never trust that streamyx will get anything done before their deadline.
