I'm getting it here at Desa Petaling and my friend is facing the same problem in Cheras. However, another friend of mine in Subang near SJMC there is not facing any problems. Still trying to get other ips that don't start with 219.xx but to no avail. By the way, what dns are you all using? I'm using the following:

Prefered : 202.188.0.133
Alternate : 202.188.1.5

Its getting really tedious to play with such lag day in and day out.

same same, using the same IP for both my streamyx, still got the uber 1K ping, last time i check they upgrading/add more port near kelana jaya/shah alam node.. (thats why mine baru upgraded to 1MB)
For cheras streamyx really got bad connection, dsl always blinking, stable sometimes only (a week already no internet), technician guy come also cannot solve, got problem at ibusawat he said. dunno 4 sure. hope they fix soon.

p/s usually i got 218.xx (my 512) nowaday got 219.xx (1MB)..hmmm streamyx 1MB got problem?

Anyone has a list of IP addresses of all the servers? I could set up some monitoring system .. and latency checks..

why am i the only one whose trace route stops at telekom server ar....is there anything wrong with my connection?

From the looks of the tracert listed, it looks like there is some problems with the connections to 12.xxx.xxx.xxx as the pings jumped to 700+ms.

Previously, before Blizzard had to bring like 20 or so realms down for emergency maintanence that lasted 14 hours, the lag started after it hit the login server (*attens.net).

Snowfish, do you have a firewall turned on or something? How are you accessing your internet as I noticed that your 1st IP is a local IP.

I restarted my modem last night, and got back <500 ping. IP was still 219.xxx though. Don't know what's going on , but I'm not complaining!

Request timed out after the *attens.net is normal according to blizzard as they firewalled it and pings cannot reach them.

flying_dug0ng, can you do a TRACERT and list it here, if you don't mind, so that we can compare? I rebooted mine and I still get 1.5k pings.

I'm on Proudmore server.

This looks more like my modem overheating than anything else.

Yesterday evening when I log on to WoW the ping was acceptable, around 600-700ms. Then it got progressively worse. The time I logged of around 12am, the ping had reached 1.5kms!! hmmmm...

i'm just so freaking bored..latency at 2200++

I still got the same thing. Though not as bad as yours but I'm seeing 4k latency on my side. This is madness. I'm going to go crazy this weekend.

anyone still lagging? i'm still getting 1500ms average these days.....sigh. wonder when will it be solved... any of u think if i go upgrade my line from 512 to 1mb streamyx package will improve the performance or give me a diffrent set of ip other than the 219.x one?
