for my setup like this, is this correct setup? this switch you think got problem with HyypTV STB?

found i got 50 mbps with RM189. not bad la. i think maintain

Yeah, yours more worth than mine.. I'm paying RM179 for 30Mbps instead of RM189 for 100Mbps..

this one strategy how TM maintain their loyalty customer package that can't be found/ sell. internal promotion for user.

Not me lah, I'm also looking the way to install the apk.
The TTL way is found from the China website, tried but no luck.
Hope you can found the solution and share here.

Currently the version blocked adb, recovery and serial port, so I think just can flash the partition of fastboot to unlock the serial or flash recovery partition to update the recovery version, but where can find the fastboot or recovery image?

Ic, do u use hyper terminal before connect to adb?

I use the Putty.

If no one can provide the recovery image, I think can backup the boot image then modify it to enable the serial, or modify the system image and insert the apk into /system/app, then flash back into the box.
I just worry my box become broken

maybe u can try, do u broke the SEAL that cover the screw? if not really no need worry, just claim warranty if the device gg.

I uploaded the recovery image back in March this year only to find that they were identical for both versions, i.e. IPTV STB V100R003C01LMYTb1/b2.

I am afraid you cant do this with normal switch as TM Router have its own dedicated port [they assign vlan tagging] for HyypTV STB Box.
Rest of the device you can connect to your switch, no issue.

Mana dapat RM189 for 100Mbps ?

this happened to my samsung 4k tv too, my solution was to turn OFF "Fit To Screen" in picture settings. Then hypptv will stretch to full width. Hope it works with your tv

Got.. Basically, those who signed up for the 30Mbps for 179 during the last promo got free upgrade to 50Mbps later this year. Then now, there's a "secret" package going around, that with just extra RM10, can get upgraded to 100Mbps + Jumbo pack and free phone calls package.. So all in, RM189 for 100Mbps plus the extras.. TM give some, don't want to give others.. So..

In fact, yesterday get a SMS also , extra RM10 for upgrade Unifi but do not mention in details .
It also mention about Webe too but not interested that at the moment

damn i get the same result, serial disabled.
need to find way to enable the serial.

HyppTV EC6108v8 LAN port (set IPTV 600) connectivity is okay. When I'm trying on connect to the wifi (set IPTV 600), but error "authentication fail". The password enter is correct. What is the issue?

U gonna get upgrade soon. Now i RM179 for 50Mbps.
This month upgrade for me free.
