TM will not remove for you. Maybe it's by batch.

Latest iflix cannot use on this box anymore.

Earlier just now, TM came to my house and use the Huawei Modem and use LAN Port 2 to plug HyppTV directly.

So LAN Port 1 connects to the Archer C5 TM Router. But still doesn't solves the HyppTV lagging issue. It's more obviously at night.

Mine isn't empty but when I try to force an update, system claims not to have found the update file on the server.. Blessing in disguise? smile.gif

Kindly explain said "lagging", cuz the few times I've had to use the device (cuz news), haven't experienced any lag during play.. Regardless of day or night.

The lagging issue occurs as in picture freeze for less than 1 second, probably around 0.5. however the audio in background is smooth. I'll try to record a short video if it's possible, since it occurs randomly.

i presume you have tried changing the hdmi cable?

How about using a different hdmi port of your TV?

I see.. Having a video will help. Not sure if this helps but I changed the aspect ratio in the settings from 4:3 to 16:9 and HDMI output from 1080i to 1080p60Hz... TV is 120Hz.

Tried that too with different HDMI cables and even took the effort to test on another TV. No improvement unfortunately. shakehead.gif

That's the first thing I did when I received the Box. I also tried to change to 720p thinking it would be smoother, but.....nope. Didn't work.

I'll upload a video once I capture the issue.

I had this problem when I first used the box. I factory reset it and it works well until now.

Here's the videos. Managed to capture 3 lagginess. That kind of lag I'm facing. Imagine facing this intermittently. Sometimes in within 30 minutes, quite frequent.

Hmm.. I see. Read your previous posts regarding this issue and you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already, with no luck. Tell you what, since it happens intermittently, will watch hypptv for about an hour. See if it occurs on my end too and report back.

Okay. We'll see how. From Modem to Router, all changed by TM. Except pulling new Fiber cable. Haha....

Hmmm interesting, its been a while since I watched hypptv, mainly using it for kodi backup viewing.

Will try to check on my set.


Have you checked the available memory and storage on the device.

I noticed somewhat similar results. But it's more of a flicker.. Barely noticeable except when actively looking out for it.

Nah don't think it's the connection. I believe it either originates from the server end or the STB itself.. Perhaps the player.

All my devices working fine till now, 10mb

Any particular situation tht I can hv the hypptv box upgraded to the latest android version at no charge?
