as cipher3344 mentioned, ensure the ACCOUNT number is correct, bill number is not important.

i suspect TNB's billing is account-based, and payment allocation is based on oldest outstanding bill first.

that means, regardless of bill number, any payment received will used to knockoff the oldest outstanding bill (in your case, previous bill first, only then current bill).

Noticed that the transaction I swiped in Jaya Grocer Mutiara Tropicana for TnG reload has no "Groceries" tag, is it because I didnt select Groceries as one of the rebate category? Anyone seen that before?

yeah, what categories you selected? it only show your selected category in the tag.

That is normal... only merchant which match your selected category will be marked as such

yes, but when they just started that time only offer rm5 and i signed up during that time. sad.gif

it shows in my next statement, i only have hlb wise, not sure which one for you though. perhaps the first cc you have with hlb.

What I know is HLB do accept FD pledge for CC. As for this card, have to ask the bank. Someone did report 20k FD
