using UOBPAYONLINE for TNB billing do not need actual/valid bill number. however, u still need to key in some number..
i paid for few times and it works....
as long as u pay to correct ACCOUNT NUMBER!..
i can pay for u and u give me cash in full amount...

Anyone pay the TNB bill with previous Bill No through Payonline??
Is this can be done?
I don't have latest Bill No, but Account Number is there, so gonna to make payment, but not sure whether can be use back the previous Bill No or not
as cipher3344 mentioned, ensure the ACCOUNT number is correct, bill number is not important. Is this can be done?

i suspect TNB's billing is account-based, and payment allocation is based on oldest outstanding bill first.
that means, regardless of bill number, any payment received will used to knockoff the oldest outstanding bill (in your case, previous bill first, only then current bill).
