I don't have a HLB online account yet. Does anyone know if I can pay Indah Water (IWK) bills online with Wise card? I'm sure pay with CASA will be no problem.

Or is the only way to pay IWK with Wise card is by going to their office?

even if u use posonline to pay iwk using Wise, dont think you get any rebate from the card since only TNB and SYABAS bill payment is tagged.

with gst, effective fee is 2.12%.

I was told by the CS when I applied the card that IWK is under utility when paying with Wise.
If paying via Posonline does not qualify for the rebate, then I guess the only way is to pay at IWK offices.

Unless the CS gave me wrong info about IWK being under utility.

Edit: Just checked with CS, confirm IWK is not eligible for rebate under utility.

i just collected my wise card.. according to the officer.. i need to wait for a sms for temp pin.. and change pin before my card is activated... is this correct?

actually you can call or sms to activate your cc first and the purpose for the temp pin, u will need to change a new set of pin at atm before u can withdraw the money..
the CS told me, if there is not need to do any money withdrawal from the cc, is better dun activate the pin to prevent any fraud case.

no , you can just activated your card to use it first.
that pin should be a pin for you to withdraw money from atm....and normally you would receive it in your card address within 1-2 week from card activation day. If you didn't receive it, you can go to bank to request them generate for you, but you must have transaction posted to your account then only bank officer can generate it for you.
if this is your first card in hlb, you need that pin to register for online hlconnect .
yea, after received, please change the pin to other number at hlb atm.
