Some may not like private garden due to noisy kids or people walking around and looking into your unit. Different people have different like and dislikes.

Regarding park, I see it this way.
I won't be going there to walk everyday everyhour to reap back the 100k (or however much extra I am paying for it).

Maybe once or twice a week after dinner or early morning jog.
For my kids, I want to know that if they run out of the house, to the park, it is still within guarded area and I do not have to worry about them.
If they go with my wife or a guardian, I do not have to worry that someone will come and kidnap them.

That to me is a good environment for family and kids to grow up.

No money in the world can buy that.

Agree with your opinions. That's the advantage of G&G and a private park within. You have lesser worries of getting mugged or your kids get kidnap.

Landscaping and park is nice to have. If me I would take it as well but if you can compare and is between SEH super link and merrydale I wouldn't say superlink will lose to merrydale although their park is nicer and bigger. Anyway, is down to own preferences. If got both things then surely is good smile.gif

Hi guys, I'm just starting to look around for 2-story landed and now found that EcoHill looks awesome, and price is reasonable ("new" Begonia 20' x 70'
RM598,000.00 onwards).

I will arrange my time to visit their sales gallery asap, can someone share me more detail before I go? Like current price, pro & cons, etc.

Bro, can't help you much. I don't have much details on begonia.. Maybe other bros can help you. Hopefully the discount still applicable. Do visit SEH and check with the SA. smile.gif

Not sure if Begonia and Bellucia units still available, coz last time if not mistaken vincent bro said Begonia already fully sold. Perhaps can just phone the SA and ask if there is any dropout unit..
