Regarding park, I see it this way.
I won't be going there to walk everyday everyhour to reap back the 100k (or however much extra I am paying for it). Maybe once or twice a week after dinner or early morning jog. For my kids, I want to know that if they run out of the house, to the park, it is still within guarded area and I do not have to worry about them. If they go with my wife or a guardian, I do not have to worry that someone will come and kidnap them. That to me is a good environment for family and kids to grow up. Anyone knows when bank will fully disburse the loan?
Based on the below, it seems like after 18 months of the VP? Or this amount is held by lawyer? That is an impact to my loan account that's why need to clarify the timing. Merrum? I don't think can extend . If want to cover, maybe can use glass roofing or something. This however still need clarification and maybe black and white from SPS to confirm, before installing. |

Not phase 2 & 3, they call it Presinct 2 & 3.
Else may confuse those phase 2 buyers. I'm hoping front awning is ok, but need clarification. The porch design really sucks, cannot fully cover the car |

need to ask SPS what is their mitigation plan to prevent frequent water cut in future.
I think someone pointed out they have one big tank being built... Not sure sufficient or not. |
