Why don't try getting the contact of the ID used by SEH? Personally I quite like the ID - simple and nice.

I think phase 2 & 3 have restrictions under the DMC - so cannot suka-suka do external renovation or anything that will change the colour or the facade of the building.

Speaking of car porch, perhaps like you said nowadays a lot of houses the car porch cannot cover fully the car, so when I recently visited Eco Sanctuary sales gallery, one of the "selling points" is that their car porch is long enough to cover the whole car tongue.gif

I don't know whether there's a local ruling set on the car porch... but for EcoSanc the superlink (gateless) has 80ft and 85ft length (there are 2 types) which is as long as a SD - so this make it possible. Sorry divert a bit to EcoSanc tongue.gif

Not too sure about the restrictions set by SEH on the bungalow land purchasers. For EM Gentlebre, purchasers can have their own design but there is a minimum requirement on the built up. Any Arroyo Gardens buyer can share here?

Have anyone of you thought of liaising with SPS in terms of getting the contact of their ID and subcontractors - for the ID design and reno of your house? And since there is FB (and LYN), probably can get some interested buyers to consult with them together to get better pricing. Possible?
