hahaha oops, missed this and answered in the previous thread. 10% rebate for grandlis is very good deal. Going to convince my sister to check out this superlink. All immediate families move to EH.

QUOTE(Palmwalker001 @ May 26 2015, 12:25 PM) 10% is for associates and staff or applicable to first time buyer as well? I am not sure. Will check out this weekend. I recall one of the SA told me the superlink discount is even higher than tralas (8% off) when I spoke to them during their 40 years celebration special package for tralas buyers. So I presume, it could be 10% as per what other forumners mention.

Maybe once RA had been setup, can pool some funds to fence up the waterway also. It won't costs much if everyone participate in it to safeguard the precint.

Either way, buyer will buy depends on their budgets, needs and likes. Some may like PS2, some may prefer EH, some may prefer parkland, etc. Overall, if buy for own stays, it should be good but for investment, better be prepared to have some holding power.

Yup, if developer won't fence up that area then have to depends on our RA to do so. Like you said, it should not cost much....

QUOTE(treehill @ May 26 2015, 02:04 PM) Still wish they could have fenced up the back as well. Now i think just waterway as the natural barrier... Yeah, I don't like the back with waterway as the natural barrier. Security is one issue, accident of kids fell down may occur as well. I would like to urge all the P1 buyers to lodge request to SEH, to push the SEH to do the fencing for us, or at very least, make sure there is no access from waterway, regardless what reasoning it could be...
